1 Year gap accruing?

Hi,
I have resigned from my prev. H1B sponsor and left US for about 11 months,
then returned for 3, and left again.
Will my absense reset the H1B clock if I apply for new H1B in Nov 2004?

left USA: 31 Aug 2003
in USA: 29 June 2004 - 26 Sep 2004
return to USA: mid Nov 2004?

Your clock would reset from sep 2004 and not from jun 2003 as you went to usa on 2004.

1 year in India after 6yrs in US.

Hi Experts,
Plz.advice. Applied for labor thru Delaware center,priority date was May 15th,2003.But my employer withdrew the case in April 2004 and I was denied the 7th yr xtn.I came to know about this denial thru a fax from BCIS just 4 days before the expiry of H1 on July 18th,2004.They gave me month period if I wanted to file a case on the rejection.The attrnies I contacted adviced to leave the country ASAP.So I left on Aug 8th.

My question here is:

1) How this extra 3 weeks stay without a H1 is going to impact me if I file for a H1.
2) How to deal with this in US embassy.What are the chances of getting visa.

Any tips are really appreciated.
