1 year after filing I-485

Hi,

I have filed I-485 one year back and I work for the same company that filed my GC.
Now I am thinking of switching to a new company which has has started just six months back and has no history. It is a single person company, managed and run by just 1 person.

My GC is filed for a Senior Engineer position. Can I join the new company if I get the same position and same salary?
Is there any requirement that the company need to meet, such as placing an Advertisement for some period or any other requirement ?

------- You can, but it will be very difficult to prove that they can pay you salary after GC, you are not going in correct direction, they cant show gross income papers/ tax papers for last 2-3 years if asked by BCIS, try to stick with your sponsor or find a position with other good company.
