You are right. Actually, by nov third week, it will be Thanksgiving vacation and then xmas. We will be lucky if we see OCT 01 rd complete by March 2003. After all, INS is trying to protect borders from harmless, law abiding, tax paying and educated people. Well Other kind, they know how to get into this country.

Yes its true. INS wants to teach us a simple lesson.
"If you are honest and law abiding, then you will face hardships, delays, but in the very very end(may be after years) you will get justice(when it might have no meaning)".
