HELLO EVERYONE....I HAVE A 10 YEAR B VISA. WHEN I ENTERED THE U.S THEY GAVE ME 6 MONTHS TO STAY, BUT I OVERSTAYED FOR 1 YEAR MORE. WHEN I WAS LEAVING THE U.S THEY DID NOT HAVE MY EXPIRED 1-94, AND I ALSO DID NOT HAD MY FINGERS SCANNED AT THE EXIT. NOW I WANNA COME BACK TO THE U.S, WHAT ARE MY CHANCES TO ENTER? I HAVE 2 OYHER FIRENDS THAT HAD THE SAME SITUATION AND WERE ABLE TO RE ENTER THE U.S PLEASE, GIMME SOME FEEDBACK ABOUT IT.......

It looks like you did not submit your expired I-94 when exiting the US. That might make it even worse since there is no record of when you actually left. It is possible that they would put you back on a return flight. It would not be a good idea to rely on the experiences of friends, as each situation is different, and one cannot guarentee that the same would apply to you. Consulting a good attorney is worth it.
