It may be kind of a stupid question (and I apologize in advance), but... when you call the 1-800 number, how do you manage to get a person there? The only option that seemed to lead to a customer service rep there was "If you want to change your address...". And it's not what I wanna do, so what do you usually pick to speak to a human?
