Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum and grateful to see people in similar situations as I am. I have been married to my husband for a while now and after the initial 2 year conditional green card was approved for me, I had to file an extension while the process was pending. In March 2008, I filed I-751 and finished my biometrics as well not too long after. Now i just received a letter from USCIS stating that 'additional supporting documentation' is need by APRIL 25th. This is the problem. My husband and I were in NY but I was accepted in Pharmacy school in Virginia and I moved here and i'm staying with my sister. My husband is still in New York so we don't live together! Is that going to create a problem? Was anyone in similar situation? Because we don't currenlty live together, we don't have much supporting additional documents except joint tax, joint car insurance, joint bank account. Any additional supporting documents anyone can suggest? I would really appreciate help :)
Thank you

what info did you send in your initial application last year in terms of supporting docs?

What service center was it/

seems to have taken them a long time to ghet to your case to say they need more evidence?

Any other documents like flight/travel tickets on both names if you travelled togther, any pictures together, any credit cards/bank accounts etc.. that you have together. any savings together? any assets on both names? bills showing phone # and calls to each other? affidavits of support....etc,,,,even if you live with your sis, do you give your husbands address as permanent address?

Assuming this is a temporary situation and no marital discord, supply them with whatever documentation has both your names. How much evidence did you supply with the I-751 itself?
