I am really confused with this issue. Has any one have similar experience regarding marriage during I-485 application?

I got married after I filled I-485. I am trying to bring my wife to the states. My lawyer told me to bring her on F-1 visa because it will be the quickest way for my wife to join me.

On the hand, others are telling me to file form 1-824 (follow to join) for my wife and she will get her green at the same time mine 1-485 is approved.

I want to make the right decision. Has any one been in this kind of situation? I will please your input. Thanks
 
She runs the risk of getting her F1 rejected if it comes to be known that you've a i485 pending - for F1 approval there should be no intention to immigrate.

You could bring her here on a H4 if you've a valid H1.
