I just got an email from USCIS stating that they sent a letter requesting addition information. I don’t know what information they need at this point. I changed my job 3 months back using AC-21 but I didn’t notify CIS now my contact is over and I am just joined another company. Now my question is will there be any problem if I change multiple jobs using AC-21. I do have all 4 years W2 forms and continues pay stubs. Please post your views on this

As far as I know as long as you continue to have an appropriate *future* job lined up you should be fine. The RFE could be for any number of things -- I'd wait until you receive it before worrying about what it might be. In *most* cases they are asking for some kind of information that is usually easy to provide. If the RFE is related to the employer, you may very well need to file AC-21 since they will see that you are no longer working for the original sponsor.

ETA thanks for the reply. Is it must to file AC-21 if you change the employer. I guess you can reveal later also I guess. Pls throw light on it
