1 485 Not Aapr After 7 Month Of Fp

No Lud Change Even After 7 Months Of Finger print

My son has given his FP on 3/01/05. So far there is no LUD change for this case.

I called FBI office. THey said, they sent them back to INS.

I already called INS on July, customer service said due to overload its takes time

I don't know what to do. Please advise if any one hane same or similar issue.

I and my wife got green cards in january 2005.

I find this strange too. I thought once FBI gets back with report everything should move forward. I hope things work out soon. But if you and your spouse are both approved I guess its a matter of time.
BTW, could you share the number you used to call FBI? Were you able to get through to someone during your first try? Did they answer your questions immediately?

I called the FBI at 304-625-2000 ask for fingerprints. I found this number on this forum
