1-140 Status

Can any one please tell me which month of 140 cases are getting approval now a days ?. As per TSC , they finished during the month of july cases ?. and but this forum says , they're doing Oct-2003 ? Can any one does know which month are they process now ?.
 
Like another user had said, you never know when your application can be worked on. Right now we are seeing users with ND of apr/may reporting that their applications are getting approved at the same time by scans and others post we have seen applications filed late 2003 too get approved so there are chances nothing definite, if your ND is apr/may then you have a good chance that your application might be worked on and as the ND moves further from apr/may your chances too start decreasing. Hope this helps.

TSC has said that it is a period of "transition" which is there way of saying they have no clue of what they are doing and hence dont ask..

i am not sure which posts u r refering to for oct-2003 approvals. as of now, according to the uscis website...CSC is approving 10/2003 cases and TSC is approving 7/2003 cases. so it seems the information is kind of in sync.

having said that, my wife's 140 got approved in 7/04 with a ND of dec-2003 in TSC! so the 'luck' factor is still there.
