my daughter who is US citizen has applied for my immigration, my priority date is Feb. 24.2010, my interview was held on Nov. 1st 2011 since then my case is under administrative process ( post decision activity), i do have a valid multiple non immigrant visa of five years expiring in 2015, can i visit USA on this non immigrant visa , i am ready to submit gaurenties in cash & property doucuments of any amount, along with affidavite that i will be back to my country before expiry of given visit visa period
 
They're not going to have you post a bond or anything like to to ensure your departure from the US. If they suspect that you'll stay to immigrate after entering with the tourist visa, they'll simply refuse entry.

Make an appointment to visit the consulate to follow up about your case. It is taking an extremely long time for an Immediate Relative case.
