Received email from USCIS about the approval for both self and spouse.
Just informed our families in India and came here to inform this forum family.
Will update rupnet as well.

Mine is EB2 and did 2nd FP.
Also I know 3 more friends (2 from AUG02 and 1 from SEP02) got their
approvals.

honeyhappy, I didn't get any RFE. All my friend's cases I mentioned are
approved without RFE. Based on approvals on rupnet, I have seen that most
of the people who did their 2nd FP recently got approvals without RFE.This is
the case for most of the people who posted their approvals at rupnet for NSC.

My second FP was on 06/22/2004.

Marriage Certificate

Could you please tell me what kind of Marriage Certificate you submitted to the INS? Was it an affidavit or the Original Marriage Certificate? I got RFE for submitting the Marriage Certificate.

I have submitted Original marriage certificate from municipal corporation.

Congrats!! I'll have my 2nd FP on 7/26. Hope I'll get approved without RFE.
