My FP expired 2 months ago and heard nothing since.

Called VSC May 20, told me to expect new FP notice in 2 weeks.
Then called 800 #, told me they will send answer in 4 weeks :)

Anybody else in this 055 series ?

I am in 055 series. Got an RFE 03/24/03, RFE reply rcvd 04/24/03, 2nd FP done 06/17/03, still waiting painfully...

I'm travelling to India in Aug. Unless I'm approved in the next few days I'll need to apply for Advance Parole in Philadelphia.

Has anybody got their Advance Parole from Philadelphia? Can you share your experience.

I think the officer who is assigned 055 cases are taking absense of leave for whatever reason, his office is locked with our files inside.

called BCIS office 1 1/2 months back they said they will notify through Email ...No news..
FP expired 3 months back ...Absolutely nothing...
applying for advance parole..Can any one tell checks should be payable to BCIS or INS?

Hi,

I have heard nothing from BCIS. I calledd 800 numbber and was told that it is now taking them 19 months to process the case. Since, I have just completed 19 months, they will send inquiry and I should hear back in 4 weeks.

I got the inquiry feedback after 4 weeks, saying that ur case is still pending with vermont. Its no use calling 800 #.

No, even lawyers are helpless in this situation. I tried that too :mad:
 
055 movements

I have been scanning a few cases in the 055 series.

It looks like many 2nd FP'd are getting done.

But almost all 2nd FP's are getting RFE's or are transferred after about a month.....
