Hi everyone,

I am happy to say that me and my wife have been approved for 485.
I have been a lurker to this forum on and off. Thanks to everyone here.
Got my emails today.

Here are my details

RD 10/22/02
ND 10/25/02
1st AC-21 - 2/28/04
2nd AC-21 - 10/1/04
Only FP - 10/05/04
AD - 11/03/04

I sincerely pray that everyone here will be approved soon.

My FP is Sept 14. Can you share some information about your LUD changes. What was your last Status message before approval. and whether u receive email or mail notice?

Also, if you and your wife file at the same time.

As i filed in June 2003, my husband filed in March 2004. Just for reference

Thanks, My LUD changed only once they received the finger print on 10/11/04.
Probably I didn't get RFE because I filed for AC-21 ?

Shantanu, I don't expect you to congratulate me. I posted it for info purposes.

yes me and my wife filed together. LUD info said, "We received your fingerprint results on Oct.9, the processing for your case has resumed...."

Both the AC-21 were done by lawyers.
Unlike filing EAD or AP, although the paperwork is less for AC-21,
its good to go through the lawyer.
They charged me $750 each time.
