Got the coutesy copy in mail today. Atlast the wait is over (unless I have problems at stamping ;) )

It was a damn long wait. Many thanks to PCee, Vipsha, Silly Man, Kashmir, 140_takes_4ever. Sorry If I forgot any old timer's names or others whom I have not mentioned here. It was a great experience at this forum (Thanks Rajiv). We are like one big family, with all the fun, cussing and fights. But in the end I found that we stick together, no matter what. Without this forum, I would probably be lost as far as info is concerned.

Thanks for the nice words..u never know until ur passport is stamped.. Then u start wondering if the gc is valid at all. Call me a pessimist.. but the last 2 years, we have learnt about USCIS's inefficiencies and all the security checks.. Since I got my approval, i have not been elated or have gone partying..cause the whole thing is so suspicious.

As far as I know, once you got approved, there is no way that the stamping is messed up. The only way, they can withdraw the approval notice is if you are proven with unaccepted criminal record between now and stamping.

BY THE WAY I WAS WONDERING, DOES ANY BODY KNOW IF INS REJECTED STAMPING AFTER I-485 GOT APPROVED.

To my knowledge I never come across any body on these forums.
