I checked AVM yesterday and heard case was approved for myself & my wife. I called IIO this morning and confirmed that the case was approved on Aug 07. I never called IIO before approval.
During my conversation, IIO said that she can see id9 scanned and attached but plastic card will take time depending on backlog.

I visit the site every day (even on weekends) and am really thankful to PCEE & everyone who provids great support in this forum.
