ND 01-223, EB2
AD: Still Waiting

I see 01-222s getting approved as well as 01-224s.
Any person with 01-223 (EB2) seen recent approval?
There seems to be 9 persons in this caregory as per tsc140.

Mine is EB2 01-226. RD 5/19/01, ND 7/24/01. Just talked to IIO and she told me that my case has been assigned to an officer on Feb 14.

My RD:June 18th, ND:July 24th, SRC 01-226 , EB2-RIR and Got same info from IIO. Case was assigned to Officer on Feb 14th. How long it will take for approval? Any guess?

I guess it might be done by Mar. 8th if everything is going as normal.
I dont remember who posted a msg that said they talked to IIO too about his case with ND July. 24, which has been assigned to an officer on 2/14/\'02, the IIO told him that his case will be done earlier or by Mar 8.

I would say Mid March will be more realistic when you think of TSC...

Please let me know what you get on your case.

Hi Cowboy,

It was me called IIO and found out that my case was assigned to Officer on Feb 14th. Hopefully this week, we should hear the approval.
  Texy got RFE on 02/25/02.
