I am an Indian citizen but living in Canada. My processing is going for MTL and EB2 which is current.
I paid my Immigrant Visa Processing Fee Bill ($400) a month before. I checked automated NVC voicemail and it’s saying “nvc is waiting the return of the biographical from lawyer”. I did not receive any packet from NVC or lawyer even.
What is the next process or need to do? How long does it take to get NVC packet after NVC fee paid?
