“how long for an oath letter after they received my police clearance?”

i had my citizenship interview 0n february 24 2009, i did good civics and english part.but they told me my fingerprints were not clear.( they took 2 times my finger prints ) and they need my police clearance records, i sent my police clearance records on march 13 2009.and i still waiting for my oath letter...ups.i forgot told you my citizenship interview supost to be in december 15 2008 .but suddenly on friday 11 dec.2008 uscis io call me for telephone and canceled my interview because tehy didnot have my file....and then on january ( end of the month) uscis sent my new letter with my re-schedule citizenship inetrview feb.24,2009.

how long.do i have to wait.any ideas.please........

you would have to ask the CIS via infopass as that is pretty hard to tell since it is different for each person

today saturday april 4, i was checking my mail and i saw an uscis letter.when i opened the letter : fingerprint notification( again... how this could be possible..????)because ,they means ( the letter)my fingerprints has expired......THATS IMPOSSIBLE...THEY TOOK MY LAST ( 2ND) FINGERPRINTS ON OCTOBER 2008............
AND ALREDY I SENT MY POLICE CLEARANCE RECORD (LOCAL AND STATE POLICE CLEARANCE RECORD) ON MACRH 13,2009.......AND I HAD MY CITIZENSHIP INTERVIEW ON FEBRUARY 24,2009 ( I PASS THE CIVIL AND ENGLISH PART.)

WHAT CAN I DO PLEASE .NOW I SO CONFUSED.......PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVISE

I never said I don't believe it just your question needs a more involved answer that usually is only provided by CIS via infopass as you talk to an IO. Each case is different for each person so any answer given here may or may not apply to you. Best to ask CIS as they can give you a definitive answer.

You can eitheir call the 1800 number and ask them what is going on with your case, OR you can scehedule an infopass and go there to speak to someone in person and hopefully you will get some answers.

It's OK. You have nothing to hide. Go ahead and goto the FP appointment. If that's all they need, wonderful. Anyway they already did the FBI Name Check, otherwise thay probably could not have done the interview.-

When I did my fingerprints, the computer said pass or fail and even gave a percentage value(not sure what that meant?) . Does that not mean you passed if the computer gave a Pass-or do they do it manually in some places?

The OP mentioned that his/her FP were already rejected twice for poor quality. There's no point going to another FP appointment other than a waste of time since OP already submitted alternative police records.

It provides a grading of the overall quality of the prints and has nothing to do with passing the FBI FP check.
