My father is a citizen of US. He filled the I-130 form for me. They gave a receipt number. After I checked my status.
On November 2, 2015 my case was received. I'am under 21 but 1 months later I will be 21. How is the process of I-130?
How long does it take to process my I-130 case? When can I go to US?

Unmarried under-21 child of US citizen is in the Immediate Relative category. According to the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA), for Immediate Relatives, the age freezes at the time the I-130 petition is filed. So it seems that as long as your father's I-130 is filed before you are 21, it should be okay and you will still be processed under the Immediate Relative category.

Call USCIS as they can calculate if your case wild freeze or not as it is not always the case. I don't want to blow your hopes but just being realistic.
