    My application not appearing on DOS webpage

    My application not appearing on DOS webpage. i am a physician and my sponsor agency submitted documents over 2 months ago and they do not appear online. i have emailed DOS and they keep saying that they have not recieved the documents despite i sent them proof of delivery .
