Is there a limit to the number of H1 transfers I can file while current I-94 has expired?
My Immigration Scenario: I got laid off from my Company A who also held my H-1B work visa on November 17, 2017. The I-94 for this visa was valid till May 31, 2018. H1-Transfer #1 I got an H1 transfer filed from Company B on January 19, 2018. I got an RFE on this petition on March 14, 2018...- msa24
