December 2004 Concurrent filing
I140 Rfe I have filed my I-140 in Nov 04. Now I got a RFE. My attorney says, NSC has asked for my 2003 and 2004 W2s. I am getting paid more now, than that is mentioned in Labour filing. Can you please let me know, if it is a problem? and Why NSC has asked for my w2s.- anili98
