Just checked my case (485) and there is another LUD (08/16/2006) ..In the morning today it was 08/15/2006 as most of the waiting I-485's recieved...but @4:00pm EST saw another LUD 08/16/2006. Did anyone get their LUD to 08/16/2006 -R

Got the same LUD (08/15/2006) EB3 (subs. labor) PD 07/2001 140/485 ND - 06/2004 140 AD - 12/2004 2 EAD's approved.. NameCheck - dont know whats happening!! 2 FP's done , 3rd will be this sept 2006

Infact i did the address change in Nov'05 but did not get any LUD ..but suddenly i get this message...As you said it might be for the address change..maybe someone did realise that the address was changed but the online message wasn't changed...Or maybe just to show that USCIS is doing something...

My I-140 approval notice has a PD os 07/2001 ( the original PD as for labor ) so shall i assume that my PD is 07/2001 then ?

for labor-substitue , is PD the actual PD or its of I-140 Since i have got a labor-substi and the PD is somewhere in 07/2001 and my I-140 RD is 03/2004 AD 12/2004 , which PD will be used, whether the original PD which is 07/2001 or date on which I-140 was applied. thx ra
