Cannot add wifes(h4) to my 1485 process
Hi there I have filed for my I-140, I-485 process in 2002. I was trying to add my wife to my process this year (2005) so she can can get her EAD . But the lawyer who i was trying to file with said it was denied because my case is not current. I know my friends have been able to add their wifes...- rascaly2k112
