Yes.. u can put all the dockets in one mailer.. create separate dockets for each case with its own cover letter.... each case shd be in a separate docket... hope this helps...

LIFO seems to be the way VSC is processing EAD.. chk my signatures for my spouse's and mine EAD.. a friend of mine applied a month later than me and got approved within 15 days..strange r the way VSC works...

I had applied in VSC and in my case also the LUD happened twice after the ND.. I got the approvals nearly 2 months after the last LUD..

She is right now on "I-485 Pending". That's her LEGAL status. She will only need a AP if she needs to go out of the country and come back... Hope this helps..

That's what I think.. but again... I am no legal expert.. so I would advise you to take some legal advise as well....

As per my knowledge, there is no LUD on 485 if there is any change on EAD.. it just might be a co-incidence that they would be working on your 485 and EAD simultaneously...

If yours is a family based immigration, then you would need to send the papers to Chicago center and if your immigration is Employment based you would need to send it to VSC..

U can definitely go to UK on your AP... Just that u will have to return before your AP expires.... U can get your H1 stamped on your next visit to India... although u don't need to...

My take would be to wait for the RFE(I assume they would definitely send one...) and then send the correct photos... in the meantime after another 20 days u would be able to get an Interim EAD..

EAD you need to apply if u intend to work. In your wife's case, since she is not working, you don't need to apply for an EAD for her. AP you need to apply if u intend to travel. Now if your wife needs to travel out of country and back and doesn't have a valid H-4, in that case you would need a...

You need to have a valid AP for travel. I don't know the validity dates of your wife's 2nd AP. The expiry date of the 2nd AP is when she would have to return... e.g. If the 2nd AP expires on 6/30/05, she would have to come back to US before that date... Hope this helps..
