    My I-485 was filed based on employment. Should I be mailing my EAD+AP application to the Service Ctr where my I-485 was filed or to the Chicago lock box? Thanks again for your help on this.

    Thanks for the info. Is a copy of the I-485 reciept sufficent or do I need the I-140 reciept also when submitting my EAD/AP application?

    Hi, my I-485/I-140 was recently filed concurrently & I just recieved my I-485 reciept. My I-140 has not been approved yet. Can I send in my application for EAD/AP at this point? Or should I wait for my I-140 approval before applying for EAD/AP? Thanks for your help on this.
