I recieved today a request of evidence email, can any one tell me what documents they may ask for also can i send these documents faster before i recieve the notice or do i have to wait for the notice? one more thing how long does it take before they respond?

u r right. when w r talking w mean the whole process of getting a green card through employment and that of course includes going through labor certification process. :)
yes you can . your asylum status will not be revoked or cancelled untill you get you green card. that is for sure. your husband will be included as a dependant also on your application for adjustment through employment. Neither of you will lose his status.

i was granted asylum 2002 . somebody told me you can't travel with a travel document because your visa expired before you apply for asylum. Is it true?
somebody said that u can have an RTD but they will not let you enter the USA because you did not apply to Asylum while your visa was valid.
