I received both teh letters i.e. I-797 and I-797C. I was told that recently INS is sending both letters to teh client and no letter goes to the attorney. Hope it helps. Cheers,

No this is not a RFE. An rfe you will have 14 days to get back to USCIS in case you dont get the notice. This is a normal message you get on your status when you change your address or perform finger painting or EAD etc. Hope it helps.
