140 Approved Hey Guys, After 15 months of waiting finally my 140 Approved. FP done in May 2004 and my case under EB3 now I am waiting for 485. Can anyone tell me whether my case comes under retrogation? someone told me if your FP has done, your case wouldn't come under retrogation.
