I just saw an LUD of 06/24 on my I140 after there was a message change on 06/22 regarding RFE response received. any ideas/insights what this might mean ?

Ya. that's what i thought. they should have questioned the BS+2 or MS+1 requirement at labor stage. I guess now they are questioning the details to make sure that i am actually able to match to the labor. The nightmare continues....

Hello All, My I140 was applied using a substitute labor. the LCA mentioned BS+2 years or MS+1 year as a requirement. I have MS+1 year so that is not a problem. But now the USCIS has asked the company to provide information on why the said job requires BS+2 years of progressive experience...

update Now they are informing me that they have collected the required information from the employer and hopefully will file a response next week... I still dont know what exactly they wanted from the employer.. But as you pointed out, i did not know it was legally not possible to give...

thanks thanks microdev1. I just talked to the para-legal and they indicated that my degree did not specifically mention master of science in comp sci whereas the labor cert required master of science in comp sci/EE/CE. i have to get new transcript from my univ and send it over. I hope it works...
