Hi All, My LC was filed on Jun 2001 through RIR and later on remanded to traditional method (Non RIR) on Apr 2003. I have not yet received any 45 days later from BRC. Is anybody going through this type of situation and wants to spread some light on this? Appreciate your comments...

Hi, I understand that if 140 is rejected, then that LC is of no use. So that means the pre-approved LC which I used will be of no use. But what about my actual LC? which is in process for the last 3-1/2 years. Thanks!
