URGENT-new H1
Iam on H4....I applying for new H1visa this year. I sent all my papers to my lawyer. But The I-94 is valid upto feb 2005. Also in the "Notice of Action" H4 document. Today we(me-h4 & my husband-H1) got the extension papers with i-94's approved, in which the valid dates are till feb 2006. Now...- drao

h1 for me..spouse 7th yr
My husband's h1 is expiring in feb'05. he is going to apply for 7th yr ext. I 'm in h4 status since dec' 00. Since i did not complete my h4- 6yr period...can i apply for my h1 visa this year...while my husabnd's h1-7th yr application is pending.. pleaseeeeeeee reply Thank you.- drao
