Guys I am from Colorado too.. with Oct 03 PD/EB2 RIR.. no sign of 45 day letter yet... looks like they have put the colorado boxes in some corner and have never bothered to open it.

Denver SWA Manaka .. Thanks for the quick reply... Congrats on getting the state approval.. i hope your Dallas DOL work gets cleared soon too.. :) MY PD: Oct 2003 RIR EB2 no word from SWA or from DBEC. I did send an email to Dallas long time ago.. and they had not gotten my application...

Denver SWA If your case has been filed at Denver SWA and now is at DBEC, if you have rec'd 45 days letter , please post here.... Thanks. I have not heard any Colorado cases been processed so far... is it still in Denver SWA or has it been sent to DBEC??... any information will be greatly...

Current Denver SESA status Does anybody know which month SESA is currently processing in Denver. Are they in existence at all with the recent changes???.. the web page shows Feb 2003 for RIR.... My case was filed as RIR in October 2003?.. Will it be sent to BRC??.. pls advise
