Hi, My lawer mailed out I-140 application premium processing to Nebraska Service center on April 20th 2007 and so far I haven't recived receipt. Do you guys know how many days it takes to get reciept after you mail out? or after they receive? Thanks in advance.

Thanks ASNMURTHY. Once non rir labor is filed in SESA/SWA, do they assign priority date to the labor application or after there insrtuctions?? Would be great if anybody can advise or throw there experiences. Thanks
