Today morning I saw LUD change on my 485 with date 06/13 with no message change. My spouse's 485 lud remains same (04/06).

LUD with no mesage change Just now I've seen a LUD on my 485 with dt 06/13. I wonder what that LUD could be? Spouse's 485 still has the old lud (04/07).. Has any of you have the similar LUDs? anyway, I’m trying not to be optimistic after seeing the new visa bulletin. :(

The new 485 processing date says December 16th. I know many of us are there with approved 140(EB3) and waiting for 485 approval. Letz pray the god and hope for the best...

No change in the message. It was the same 'application received' message till the approval.

Congratulations! How did you know about the PD? Has your attorney already received the 140 approval notice by mail? good luck with your 485. I am also waiting for my 485 approval.

hi, I never used this scanner, but looking at your parameters, your end WAC number (WAC0403459000) should be WAC0503459000 (see the year change!). just guessing.. ignore me if I am totally out of sane ... good luck

Thanks. I think the 140 was applied with original LC. I am not 100% sure. But I know that the original applicant left the job even before the LC was approved.

My 140 approved!! Just now got email that my i-140 has been approved! :) No update on 485 yet... Good luck to rest of the team...
