Freeze on "student visas"
H4/F2--->H1 If u dont have a degree from US Do not take risk I know a friend working for Ford Detroit currently on F2 Visa, went for H1B Stamping at Toronto. She was refused H1 bcoz her degrees were not from US. She was able to come back on her original F2 Visa- Sonali Sharma
