PD Transfer (Eb3- Eb2) I had filed 485 in EB3 at NSC with my previous company. Now I am working for a different company and they filed for my PERM EB2 and y'day, my 140 PP (at CSC) got approved with the previous PD recaptured. Now I don't have to file for 485 as it is already pending at NSC...

What documents are required for the transfer of PDs And can you also let us know the documents required from the previous approved EB3 to transfer the PD. I suppose it is the approved 140, but not sure. Can anyone confirm please.
