URGENT!!! Is this scenario possible for 7th year Extension
Thank you ginnu. Here is the exact dates what I am talking about. My H1B expires on Jan 30th 2006. Labor for GC filed by company B on Jan 2nd 2005. Why am I not be eligible for the 7th year extension even though I filed my labor one year prior to H1B extension???? Appreciate your input.- pvb80
