We received our physical cards today. Passport was stamped on 01/12/2005 (Atlanta), card was ordered on 02/04/2005 and mailed on 02/08/2005. Good luck.

My wife and I got our passports stamped in Atlanta on 1/12/2005. No change in status yet. However, LUD for I-485 and EAD (approved in April 2004) were changed. Hope this means that they received and updated the records. Not sure when they will mail the plastic cards.
