I have my labor and 140 approved and hope to get 3 years H1 extension. Can I change my employer and ask new employer to file my 3 years H1 extension? (I have also 485 pending over a year, and I know I can switch the job and file AC21 but I also want to be on H1 (safer side) till I get my 485...- itsddd
