    gapp I am also at the same stage & waiting: 140/485 filed 03/08/04 140 Approved with RFE 11/10/04 FP done 11/19/04; LUD 11/30/04 My lawyer was saying that some of I485 2004 cases have been approved after one week of FP. Pray for the best & wait. Thanks, Gapp
