My priority date is Dec 2001. I got an RFE regarding additional evidence of birth and parentage which I responded using birth affidavits and high school certificate. No I did not use AC-21.

All, Finally my case is approved after the RFE response was received by USCIS on 02/25 and LUD changed on 02/25,28,03/02 and finally on 03/30. My wife's LUD changes are also the same. However her status still says that they received the response to RFE on 02/25 etc. Do you think her case is...

Received an email from USCIS regarding RFE mailed on Dec 20 for I-485 applications. Will update once informed by lawyer.

Another Jan filer I-485 Receipt date Jan-07-2003. FP2 Date Nov-26-2004. EAD3 Filing Date Oct-14-2004 LUD since FP2 : No changes yet.
