Hi NewYorker / gc2005nyc, I agree with gc2005nyc, they cannot stamp passport starting July 1st. there will be no visa available for EB3 whoever is scheduled for Interview before June, 30th may be able to get passport stamped if everything goes well with them (like Name check etc...)...

Goankar, I think we can only talk to IIO, If there is something which IIO do not have an answer then they may call their supervisors for help. Anyone in forum have different experience??
