neither me did my FP two weeks back didn\'t get any yellow form. talked to the customer service. they told me not to worry about it.

I seen people posting that they have recd some sort of yellow form(with FP notice). can anyone here tell me what is the number (G-### , I-### etc.)of this form.If it is a INS form there has to be a number assigned to it right. I also wonder why some people gets it and some don\'t.any idea?

i think i got the answer I did some research of my own after i posted the question and got this link http://www.murthy.com/UDirs485.html it says that the yellow form (IRS 9003) is no longer needed now. also by looking att the form i remember i submitted it along with my 485 application...
