My FP notice is from TX Since your visa is gonna expire soon, so you must get the temporary EAD from your local INS office. I read on murthy.com, that 3-4 offices don\'t give temporary EAD. Before you go, call and check with them. Good Luck

You are correct I guess you are right that they are issuing FP notices randomly becuase I got my FP notice from VSC but not for my wife even though she has been applied as my dependent on my I485.
