    some difference according to people's discussions 1. You should hear something within 15 days with premium. Regular 3-6 months ... i saw some 1 month. But you never know ... 2. $1000 dollars !! 3. if more people go for the premium, i do believe regular filers will be slow donw more.

    LC approved Finally... I doubted the 202 number accuracy. About two month ago, lawyer contacted that number. They said a NOF will be issued shortly. However we got the approval letter on 8/21/2006. Good luck to everyone !!

    i asked our lawyer. I also send inquiry to the lawer. What he said is as long as the job title is changed, they will not be conflicting. Also someone just post some messages saying DOL is checking people with multple filing ... The best is still to ask your lawyer

    be prepared for the worst lawyer did not receive official notice yet but NOF is coming . He checked with that number , so i think people whose cases were skipped in the last couple months when PBEC were approving should be prepared for the worst . What a pain ...
