Approval is done as per RD/ND date. I don\'t believe FP+2 months for approval. May be that happened last year. Now CSC is processing March/April cases. In other centers also they send FP notices within 2/3 months from mailing date but approve after one year. You can confirm this with your...

AVM on FP status FYI, I recvd FP on 11/5 and did FP on 11/7. It was scheduled for 12/12. Today I checked AVM, it says that my FP was collected on 11/16 and pending review.

245 cases I saw couple of news on some website that all 245 cases have been transfered to a new service center (missouri). So you don\'t have to worry about your case. CSC will approve all EB categories as per ND dates.

Recvd FP notice (485 RD 05/08 ND 07/10) My lawer called and confirmed that they recvd my FP notice. She said that I would be getting the original. Scheduled for 12/12 at San Jose. Hope all San Jose folks will get their FP soon.

Any updates... Did anybody talk to IIO regarding this delay in sending FPs to San Jose people ? I couldn\'t get INS line. When is the next batch of FPs to be expected ? Thanks.
