vsc01,could you please post you ND/RD... You would have to wait for your lawyer to get the details,but the RFE reasons are either (a) employment letter/W2/Last few months pay stubs.. (b) Medical /vaccination etc etc

Do not know..I guess not I have not received the approval yet.As long as it has not been taken up by the officer ,i think it really does not matter, but if it has already been assigned and the officer finds that the FP is not complete,he will put it back in the pile.Probably you have to call...

Chapdin- Yes to your question!Apply 90 days before expiry. Yes you should apply 90 days before the expiry of your EAD.Applying for the EAD,AP sometimes expedites your I485 process,when they open your I485 file and wonder why it has not been processesed. That is a long shot !!

When did you speak to the IIO If it was in mid-Dec 2001,the std reply was "wait for 1-2 months" although a few were approved in Dec end.It is always safer to apply for the EAD 90 days before it expires.
