Anybody else got AP approved? any LUD changes. I am not seeing any LUD changes Please please update as I may need to change my travel plans. Is there any way to expedite the process. calling national sevice center, anything anything that can help.

No man. No LUD change nothing. I have plan to travel in July. Update if any of your status change. I am now loosing the hope. I really do not want to change my ticket but lets see what happen. Recent processing states as per web site is May 2006 for NSC. Does that really make sense now.

Man it's 10 days and counting. After receiving RFE notjing changed. Do you guys got any update on your case. Please update this thread. I wish I do not have to postponse my tickets also.this ........... Please update at least we have some way to estimate :D

I am also in the same boat. Applied AP on April 27. Got RFE about Photos and RFE response received by USCIS on June 8th. Then one LUD change with the message that RFE response is received. After that nothing is changing. Should I call them. Please keep updated if any status change on your case...

Thanks guys for your reply. I am working for a reputed big corporation and not for the consulting. It is very hard to keep asking for the receipts to the attorney all the time. He replies saying that it is not yet 30 days. Do I need to have doubt about him sending the AP? I am trusting him...

My new attorney filed AC21 letter and AP papers for us and its' been 35 days now and still havn't received any receipts. I have a travel plans. Anybody in the same situation. Last time I got my EAD/AP in one month from NSC. Now what happen to NSC? I140 approved.

Big ..... received the letter and found that my old attorney misinformed me. What a ... It is the bio metric appointment for 485. Once again we have to give the biometric. what is this a joke keep wasting time on these bio and fingerprinting and nothing happens. sick of this process
